• The market opportunities are large and under-served
• The product has a disruptive competitive advantage
• The Founder and/or Team has deep market and domain expertise with a proven success record in the chosen industry

Our Process:

Our Process is a structured and proven approach to fundraising of growth capital. We prepare an investor-oriented, targeted information package tailored for your business. We assess the current market environment and identify what investors require to make an investment in your business. At the same time, we possess a large network of venture capital, private equity and angel investors that we can match with your business.

Our extensive preparation services are what distinguishes us. We get actively involved in the process and prepare detailed investor presentations and valuation models. At the same time, we identify a list of potential investors that suit your business and industry. Even with a business plan already in place, this preparation phase requires a significant amount of time and work. We believe that it is this tailored preparation approach that increases your chances significantly and that differentiates us.

Our Process in detail is comprised of the following phases:

1. Evaluation Phase
   1. Initiation: Please send initial information about your company and fundraising needs to info@cenak.com. We acknowledge receipt of your information with a brief email notification.
   2. Screening: Your submission is discussed in a screening meeting. If your submission meets our criteria, you will be contacted with a welcome package and email. The welcome package includes a Standard Evaluation Questionnaire (SEQ), which is required to pass the Screening Phase.
   3. Introduction: Once the SEQ is received and reviewed, we schedule an initial phone conversation to discuss the process, your goals and to answer any remaining questions before signing an engagement.
2. Preparation Phase
   1. Investor Documentation: Preparation of the investor documents
      including:
