The primary role of CENAK Consulting is focused on providing financial leadership. To our way of thinking, in today’s business world, leadership cannot be overemphasized, as it is the core component of a company’s resources, leading to achieving and – ultimately reaching financial success. As such, a good leader makes efficient use of a company’s equipment, but most important, its personnel. In a word, good leaders know how to motivate. They lead the way through example and give instructions that earn respect. Mostly, they show business integrity.
CENAK professionals gained their leadership skills from their
many assignments in the business and military world. Our insight,
knowledge and expertise stems from both the good and the not
so good experiences, which come from the giving and receiving
aspect of business. As Consultants, we have seen many examples
where employees are being asked by managers to carry out tasks
the managers themselves have never carried out, thus being
unaware of what it takes to successfully accomplish these
tasks and what results to expect. Strongly believing that
leadership is practiced by managing expectations and by –
literally – leading the way, our philosophy is based on the
premise that a leader should only ask employees to carry out
tasks that managers themselves have carried out. Only these
managers know what is involved in accomplishing these tasks,
and can successfully manage expectations on both the employees
and the manager’s side. Lack of experience and lack of leadership
can lead to false expectations and results.
